Introduction：

 Dr. Haifei Liu graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Doctoral degree in hydraulic engineering, and then he returned to China and took the lecturer position offered by Beijing Normal University. He is a member of Charted Institute of Water and Environment Management (CIWEM) and The International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR). His research interests are focused on computational fluid dynamics, environmental hydraulics, mathematical models and numerical methods for hydraulic engineering.
